Chateau Hogemeyer.

The origin of the courtyard of Landeloos as the oldest name was, goes back to at least the year 1323 when it was in the possession of the family Landeloos from Tienen. It is the family de l'Escaille which formed the basis of the present castle, which was built probably around 1750 as a manor with a pleasure garden south of the house, within the rectangular enclosure which probably already existed. Around 1860 the Baron Emile Joseph De Turck Kersbeek did the modest house in castle. The neo-Gothic chapel dates from 1859. The farm complex dates from the same underlying building campaign. When you walk around the castle it gives you a weird feeling. some parts of the castle are old and expired. While other parts of the castle gives you the feeling that some one stil lives there. This place is worth to search for. But remember: treat it with respect. And so as others say leave nothing behind only your footprints.
